Starting around 04:30 PST on April 17th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with contact upload delays when using TNE Marketing Campaings (Legacy Marketing is NOT affected). Customer may experience delays after uploading or deleting contacts using their Marketing Campaing plans. This does not impact mail send. Starting around 08:30 AM PST on April 15th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with EU subusers that are unable to send emails. Customer may experience the error "User is not authorized to send mail based on their regional attribute." This is currently being investigated. This impacts mail send only for subusers located in EU. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
Starting around 07:30 AM PST on April 15th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with users able to open support tickets. Customers are being redirected to a blank page when trying to open a support ticket, but chat options are still available. This does not impact mail send. Starting around 08:00 AM PDT on April 8th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with a subset of customers not being able to access Legacy Marketing Campaigns. This affects management and settings changes, as well as other account-specific functions such as login-related activity. Customers may experience intermittent failures when attempting to update account settings, manage their accounts, or log in. Mail send is not impacted. Starting around 05:30 AM, PST, on April 6th, 2026, our engineers began investigating an issue with our customer's ability (and system's ability) to process their payments. Customer may experience notifications about their payments not being processed, and we are aware of this issue. This does not impact mail send.
