We are aware of an issue with the Audience preview tool showing an error when attempting to access. This issue is only impacting logged out customers. If you login, the tool should work as normal. We are currently working on a solution for this issue.
We are currently investigating an issue where RewardApp surveys with advanced logic may prevent respondents from starting the survey, resulting in lower completion rates. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
